We put great care into ensuring every sheet of label is cut correctly. You can check if the labels are defective with a ruler.
Measure your labels and check against the information below.
     If the lengths match, the labels are not defective. The print templates are designed to match the above lengths.
Nevertheless, we understand you may still face difficulties printing on the labels.
Please head over to the Help Center and let us know your Order Number. We will issue a full refund. You do not have to return the labels.

Select the Text box. On the toolbar, go to Format > Shape Outline > No Outline.
Microsoft Word can be very restrictive when inserting images into text boxes. To solve this, we insert the image in a layer above the text box.
Select your image. On the toolbar, go to Format > Position > More Layout Options > Text Wrapping > In front of text
You should now be able to drag the image around freely. Ensure it stays within the template lines for it to be printed correctly.
Similar to inserting images above, you may want the freedom to drag around your text without being limited by the text box.
First create a text box. On the toolbar, go to Insert > Text Box
Select the text box, and go to Format > Position > More Layout Options > Text Wrapping > In front of text
You should now be able to drag the text around freely. Ensure it stays within the template lines for it to be printed correctly.
Click on any text to edit it. You can customize your text (font/size/color) from the top toolbar.
To add new text, head over to left sidebar and select Text. Click and drag the text you want into your design.
Head over to Photos or Elements section from the left sidebar. You can search for images from the search bar at the top.
Click and drag the images you want into your design.
Note: Some images are only available with a paid plan on Canva. Don't worry, there are plenty of free images. Free images have a FREE label on the bottom right.
Head over to Uploads from the left sidebar. Click on Upload at the top to insert your own images into your design.
To ensure the border lines are not printed too, we will have to delete it before printing.
To delete, simply double click on the border lines and press Delete on your keyboard.
Head to the top right corner and select Publish > Download
Select the file type you want. (PDF Print is recommended for printing)
Select the pages you want to download.
