Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 states within the Continental U.S. We are not able to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

We do not ship outside the United States.

What is the shipping cost?

There is a flat shipping fee of $1.99

Orders $15 and above

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

Shipping takes an estimated 2-3 business days.

How do I place an order?

Add to Cart

On the product page, click on Add to Cart. You can view your Cart by clicking on the Cart icon in the top right corner.

Review your Cart

Check the items in your Cart and the total cost. When ready to purchase, click Checkout.

Enter Checkout details

Enter your shipping details. Ensure you enter the correct email address. You will receive your order confirmation and tracking number at this email address.

Proceed to Payment

Click on the PayPal Buy Now button. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment.

Receive confirmation email

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive another email with your tracking number.

Please check your Junk mailbox if you are unable to find the email.

Where can I download an invoice?

You can download an invoice from your order confirmation email or from your Account page.

Your order confirmation email contains an attachment with a PDF of your invoice.

Alternatively, you can download an invoice from the Orders page (My Account > Orders)

How do I make changes to my order?

Please send an email to hello@townstix.com as soon as possible.

Once orders have been shipped out, we will not be able to make any changes.

What payment methods are available?

We accept payments through PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard or American Express cards.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by PayPal.

TownStix does not have access to your credit card details.

How many points will I earn?

You can see the amount of points you will earn for an order on the Cart or Checkout page.

When will I receive my points?

Points will be credited after your order has been shipped.

You can see the order status on the Orders page (My Account > Orders)

How do I check my points?

On Desktop

On the top left corner, click on My Account > My Points

On Mobile

On the top left corner, click on Menu (≡) > My Account > My Points

You need to be logged in to view your points.

How do I redeem my points?

When you add a product to Cart, your points will be automatically applied towards a discount.

The discount is highlighted in green.

If you do not want to redeem your points, click on Remove.

If you want to redeem a specific number of points, enter it in the box and click Redeem Points.

Your available points are displayed above the box.

What is the return policy?

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • In new condition and original packaging
  • Barcode intact and can be seen clearly
How much will I be refunded?

You will receive a full refund of your purchase. This includes the product price and shipping fee.

Can I exchange my item?

No. We are not able to provide exchanges.

You can instead return your purchase for a refund, and place another order.

What is the return process like?

Submit Return Request

Go to townstix.com/returns and submit your return request. Check your email for the return label and return address.

Return your Purchase

Pack your returns into a box (or suitable packaging). Print the return label and paste it on the box. Send the returns to the return address.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Receive your Refund

Once we have processed your returns, you will receive a refund.

If you paid using your PayPal balance, the refund amount should appear in your PayPal account in 3-5 days.

If you paid using your credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. It could take up to 30 days for your refund to show up. (Please contact your card issuer for more information)

If you paid using your Rewards Points, the points spent will be credited back to your account within 24 hours. You can check your points balance here.

How do I ship my returns?

You may choose to ship returns via your preferred method. Here are 2 recommended ways:

Online
You can purchase shipping from USPS.com, and have the returns picked up from your address.

In person
Head down to any post office and order postage over the counter.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Has my order shipped?

When your order ships, you will receive a notification email.

You can also your order status from your Orders page. (My Account > Orders). This is only available if you have created an account.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Orders are typically shipped via USPS or UPS.

My order arrived damaged.

Reject delivery (if possible)
If the parcel is delivered with visible damage, you can choose not to sign for the delivery.

Document the damage
If you are not able to reject delivery, please take photos of the damage and send it to us.

You will either be refunded or receive a replacement order.

To report damaged orders, head over to the Report Order Problem page.

I did not receive my order.

Please check on the tracking updates provided by the carrier.

If the tracking page shows it is delivered, you may have to contact the carrier directly.

If the tracking page shows it is not delivered even after a long period of time, please contact us to report a missing order.

I received an incorrect order.

Please head over to Report Order Problem page and file a report.
